Yes. The web app runs in your browser with your Trezor connected and covers the same ground as the desktop app. It lives at suite.trezor.io. The desktop app is the better choice if you would rather your portfolio data stayed on your own machine.
Your crypto isn't stored on the device. It stays on the blockchain, secured by the wallet backup you created during setup. Enter that backup on a replacement Trezor and the same accounts come back in Trezor Suite.
